培养高素质的人才,必须有高素质的教师。做好师资培训应成为提高教师素质能力,采取有组织、有计划的培养和训练的手段。师资培训应在岗前培训、基本功培训、晋级培训、师德培训、应用与操作能力培训、科研与创新能力培训、班主任培训等方面下大力气。同时要做好组织领导、规划制度、经费考核等方面的准备工作。

High quality teaching staffs are needed in order to cultivate the high quality talented students. The training of teaching staff is the cultivation and practice that aim at improving the quality of teaching staff. This training should be focused on so many aspects, such as the training before teaching, the training of the fundamental teaching ability, the promotion training, the training of the teachers' moral character, the training of practical and operational ability, the training of research and innovation ability, the training of the teachers in charge of class. At the same time, it is also very important to deal with the preparation of the organization, the planning and the outlay checking of the training.
