摘要
构建烹饪专业理论和实践两个平台教学体系,要符合高职教学规律。要从两个教学模式设定上,突出专业特色。理论教学和实践教学模块的设定,都要有利于人才的培养,实现与就业的“无缝对接”。
This article expounds that to build two platforms of teaching system should conform to the teaching rules of higher vocational education. The specialty characteristics should be stressed from the establishment of the two teaching mode. Both the theory and practice teaching should favor the cultivation of the talented persons so as to complete the butt joint of the teaching and obtaining employment seamless.
