发展我国风险投资的必要性和可行性

Necessity and Feasibility of the Development of Risk Investment in China

当今世界正由工业经济时代迈向知识经济时代。为迎接知识经济时代的到来,加快实现高新技术产业化,促进科技成果向现实生产力转化,是我国经济社会发展的重要任务。高新技术的产业化,是一个在原有的经济体系内植入高新技术的产业创新过程,它往往需要大量的资金。而风险投资者正是看到高新技术产业化的发展前景和获利机会,而带着风险向高新技术企业投资的。因此,有必要研究风险投资的兴起、发展、特点和作用及发展我国风险投资的必要性及可行性。

Currently, the world is stepping into a knowledge economy era from the previous industrial economy era. So in this era promoting the industrialization of high-tech and the transformation from high-tech achievements to productive forces become the main task of social economy development in China.The industrialization of hi-tech achievements is an innovation process to input new technologies into the original economy system, which need large amount of funds. Risk investors find its deveoloping future and the profit opportunity in it and start investment with high risks. The rising, development, characteristics and usage of risk investment are illustrated in this article,and meanwhile the necessity and feasibility of the development of risk investment in China are studied.
