摘要
免疫功能状态在多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的发生发展过程中发生了深刻的变化,对机体免疫状态的调整已成为当前MODS治疗研究的热点之一。本文就糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、生长激素和生长抑素、ω3多不饱和脂肪酸及胸腺肽在MODS中的应用做一综述。
