对我院１９８０年至１９９２年．１３年中遇到的１８例臂丛神经阻滞严重并发症进行了总结。结合临床资料就气胸、药物中毒、全脊髓麻痹等６类严重并发症的发生原因、处理经验及预防措施作了详细讨论。

Abstract The article describes 18 cases of serious complication induced by brachtal nerve hlock anesthesia and treated in theJishuitall Hospital. The causes, prophylaxiS and treatmentof six types of serious complications. including pneumotharax, drug poisoning and general anesthesie, etc.,areanalysed.
