改良食指背侧皮瓣的解剖及临床应用

Anatomy and clinical application of improved dorsal skin flap of index finger.

我们对食指背侧皮瓣的设计进行了改良，皮瓣以第一掌骨民侧宽广的扇形筋膜蒂为基底，除了包含原有的食指背动、静脉、神经及第一掌背动脉外，增加了来自拇指背动脉、第一掌骨同侧扇形筋膜血管蒂中发出的交通史和毛细血管网。并进行解剖研究及血管造影证实改良型皮瓣血供的可靠性。１９８９年以来用此法修复１５例拇指末节软组织缺损，皮瓣全部成活。随访半年，指端的痛、触觉恢复正常，功能良好，值得推广使用。

Abstract Based on the anatomical investigation,we designed an improved dorsal skin flap of index finger to repair soft tissue defects tri thumbs. 15 patients were treated with this flap, all the flaps survived. We considered this method as simple and safe, as well as with good sensation.
