通过文献资料法、对比分析法对终身体育和体育教学模式进行了研究,构建了适合社会发展需要的高校终身体育教学模式,为高校的体育教学改革提供参考。

The research on the lifelong physical exercise and mode of P.E. was carried out by using the methods of documentation and comparative research. The teaching mode of lifelong physical exercise in university,which met the requirements of social development,had been established to offer helpful reference to the university P.E. reform.
