皮瓣静脉干的类型及其选用原则

在各种灌注标本上，观察了皮瓣供区静脉的基本构筑。皮瓣区导血回流要通过浅、深两个静脉干系统。将皮瓣的静脉回流分为３型：浅静脉干为主型，深静脉于为主型和浅深静脉双于型。从解剖学角度进行分折，提出皮瓣移植术中，对吻合静脉的选择原则。

Abstract The venous architecture on flaps has been observed in various injected cadaver specimens. The venous drainage of flaps passes through two venous systems: The super final and deep ones, and may be divided into three types: by superficial vein mainly;by deep vein mainly or by both superficial and deep veins. Based on the anatomical knowleges, we have discussed some principles about selection of vein for anastomosisin flap transplantation.
