论创新教育与高校体育教师角色的转变

On innovation education and role change of college sports teacher

在高校体育倡导并积极实施创新教育的新形势下,体育教师的角色变化是必然趋势。分析了创新教育对高校体育教师的角色要求,明确指出了高校体育教师角色转变的几个方向,即:从学习管理者转变为学习指导者,从知识传播者转变为智力开发者,从为人师表者转变为价值导向者,从单纯教学者转变为教学科研型学者。

College teachers have characteristics of standardization,subjectivity,attribution and variability. Role change of college sports teacher is the inevitable trend in new situation of innovative education. The requirement of innovative education to college sports teachers were analyzed and the orientations of teachers' role change were put forward in this paper which included the changes from managers to instructors,from knowledge providers to intelligence explorers,from teachers to value guiders and scholars of scientific research.
