趾腹及趾甲瓣游离移植修复指腹指甲缺损

我院自１９８９年８月～１９９２年１０月应用吻合血管的趾腹皮瓣、趾甲瓣游离移植修复指腹，指甲缺损５８例，全部成活。外形及功能恢复满意，文中重点论述了手术方法和主要优点。

Abstract From Aug.1989 to Oct.1992,58 cases of toe pulp and toenail transfer with vascular anastomosis were pefformed to treat defects of finger pulp or nail.All the flaps survived.The appearances and functions were satisfactory.The surgical technique and advantages were introduced.
