不同构制的股前外侧组织瓣的临床应用

Clinical application of differently structured free anterolateral femoral flap.

我院自１９８８年１０月以来，应用游离股前外侧组织瓣修复手及前臂创面５２例，成活５１例．本文着重讨论了应根据伤情采用不同类型的组织瓣修复创面，并对手术要点、手术时机、及供区创面的处理等进行了分析。

Abstract Since Oct. 1988,we have performed 52 free anterolateral femoral flaps for repairing Wounds in the hand and forearm with 51 survivals and 1 failure.The priorities of different types of flaps accordiug to the wounds were intrduced. Managements of the donor site,optimal operative time were discussed.
