摘要
用荧光显微技术研究了甲硫氨酸脑啡肽对栉孔扇贝血细胞在体外的吞噬作用和包囊化作用的影响进行了研究。结果表明,脑啡肽质量浓度为50μg/ml时血细胞的吞噬率和包囊化率均最低,25μg/ml时次之,5μg/ml时最高,并且均显著高于不加脑啡肽的对照组。质量浓度为5~50μg/ml脑啡肽对栉孔扇贝血细胞的吞噬作用和包囊化作用均有抑制作用,即脑啡肽在栉孔扇贝的免疫调节中起重要的作用。
The in vitro effects of methionine-enkephalin on phagocytosis and encapsulation of haemocytes were studied in scallop (Chlamys farreri) by fluorescence microscope. The results indicated that there were the maximal rates of phagocytosis and encapsulation at an enkephalin concentration of 5μg/ml, next to at 25μg/ml and followed by 50μg/ml, significantly higher than control groups. Our results demonstrate that enkephalin can inhibit the phagocytosis and encapsulation of haemocytes in the scallop at a concentration of 5~50μg/ml, indicating that enkephalin may play a role in immune regulation.
