摘要
大鼠后肢断离后,用2%利多卡因灌注,保存于0°~4℃或(20~30℃)室温下,与不经灌注保存于相同温度下的断肢进行比较.观察小腿三头肌Na+—K+—ATP酶和Ca2+—ATP酶活性以及小腿三头肌和股动脉平滑肌超微结构的变化,结果显示低温保存对酶的活性和超微结构的影响皆明显优于室温保存;而利多卡因灌注与不经灌注的比较,无论对酶活性或骨骼肌的超微结构皆无明显影响,但利多卡因对血管平滑肌的超微结构有一定程度的保护作用.
AbstractOne group of isolated rat hind legs was perfused with 2%lidocaine ad prerscrved at 0-4℃ or at 20 30℃ for 2 72hrs.The control group was preserved at the same temperuturein the same period without perfusion.The Activities of Na+-K+-ATPase ,Ca2+-ATPase of the cell ultrastructure of the triceps muscle as well as the femoral artery smooth musclewere observed.It was shown that the sepcintens preserved atthe low temperature showed btter enzyme activites and ultrastructure man ttiose preserved at room temperature.Howev er,lidocaine perfusion did not produce significant effects on the erayme activities and ultrastructure of the skeletal muscle cell.but showed a certain protective effect on the arterialsmooth muscle cell.
