国产尼索地平治疗Ⅱ级原发性高血压的临床疗效观察

The clinical effects of Chinese-made nisoldipine in patients with essential hypertension

目的 观察国产尼索地平治疗Ⅱ级原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法 选择100 例Ⅱ级原发性高血压患者(男性65例,女性35例),随机分为尼索地平治疗组(n=51,尼索地平片10mg, 每天2次,口服)和尼索地平+消心痛治疗组(n=49,尼索地平10mg, 每天2次,口服;消心痛片10mg,每天3 次,口服)。结果 尼索地平治疗组:显效32%,有效61%,无效7%。尼索地平+消心痛治疗组: 显效64%,有效32%,无效4%。两组相比,显效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 服用国产尼索地平治疗Ⅱ级原发性高血压安全、有效,副作用少,大多能耐受,与消心痛合用其降压效果加强。

Objective To assesse the antihypertensive effects of Chinese-made nisoldipine in 100 patients with essential hypertension of Grade Ⅱ. Methods 100 cases were selected, they were randomly divided into 2 groups, nisoldipine treatment group(n=51, Tab. Nisoldipine 10mg bid po ) and nisoldipine+isordil treatment group(n=49, Tab. Nisoldipine 10mg bid po and Tab. Isordil 10mg tid po ).Results In nisoldipine treatment group: the rates of remarkable effect, effectiveness and no effect were separately 32%, 61% and 7%. In nisoldipine+isordil treatment group: the rates of remarkable effect, effectiveness and no effect were separately 64%, 32% and 4%. Conclusion The Chinese-made nisoldipine used to treat patients with essential hypertension of Grade Ⅱ was safety and efficacy. Its side effection was few, and was tolerance by patients.
