阑尾切除术后再手术8例分析

Reoperation after appendectomy in eight cases

目的探讨阑尾切除后再手术的原因及预防措施.方法总结1989～2002年阑尾切除术的病例.结果阑尾切除术后再手术者8例,包括阑尾系膜出血3例,阑尾残株过长2例,肠梗阻2例,宫外孕误诊1例,再次手术后全部治愈.结论对阑尾炎和阑尾切除术重视不够是导致再手术的主要原因,正确诊断及规范操作是关键.

Objective To analyze the cause of reoperation after appendectomy and preventive measures. Methods The patients who had undergone reoperation after appendectomy in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed from 1989 to 2002. Results There were eight cases of reoperation after appendectomy. These included bleeding of mesoappendix in 3 cases, stump appendicitis in two cases, intestinal obstruction in two cases and ectopic pregnancy in one case. All of the patiens recovered smoothly after successful reoperation. Conclusion Underestimating appendectomy are the main causes of reoperation after appendectomy. Correct diagnosis and standard operation in appendectomy are important for prevention of reoperation.
