本实验研究透明质酸对鸡趾肌腱愈合及术后粘连生成的作用，以生理盐水为对照组。标本行屈曲功能测定及大体、组织学与透射电镜观察，评分，并进行统计学处理。本实验结果表明，透明质酸能够促进肌腱内源性自身愈合，提高愈合质量，减少粘连形成．改善肌腱术后滑动功能，对肌腱愈合无副作用．

AbstractTendon adhesion is the main factor affecting tendon gliding function after repair In this experiment,we studied theeffect of hyaluronic acid on tendon healingand postsurgicaladhesion formation,comparing with saline.Clinical glidingfunction,gross,light and transmission electron microscopyinvestigation were performed and statistically analysed.Theconclusion was that hyaluronic acid could enhance the intrinsicself healing process of tendon,prevent adhesion formation after surgery,and improve healing quality and gliding functionwith no side-effect.
