Surgical treatment of abnormal healing of Colles fracture

本文介绍５０例严重移位、畸形愈合Ｃｏｌｌｅｓ骨折，采用桡骨远端截骨取带旋前方肌尺骨骨瓣植骨方法予以矫正。以术后１．５～６个月随访；桡骨远端向背侧移位畸形完全纠正，恢复桡骨下端向掌侧、尺侧倾斜度。１５例合并下几桡关节脱位病例，术后前臂旋转功能基本恢复，“叉样”畸形纠正，腕关节伸屈功能恢复令人满意。

Abstract50 cases of Colles fracture with sever dislocation and abnormal healing were treated.using distal radius dissectionplus ulnar bone flap with pronator quadratus.After follow upof1.5 6 months.dorsal dislocation of distal radius was fullycorrected,the palmar、ulnar angle of distal end of radius wererestored.In 15 cases complicated with inferior ulnar radialJoint dislocation.the rotation of me forearm restored aftersurgery,the 'fork' deformity was corrected.and the extention and flexion of the wrist joint wers satisfactory.
