我们自１９８７年５月至１９９１年７月应用带蒂髂腹沟骨皮瓣，急诊手术时再造拇指６例，均取得成功，效果满意。对髂腹股沟骨皮瓣的手术设计、临床解剖及手术体会，作了较详细的描述和讨论。
