摘要
利用60只手(成人50只,右23、右27;婴幼儿10只:左右各5只),研究了屈指肌健键纽的位置、形态、数量、大小、起止和与周围结构的关系。详细观察了发白指掌侧固有动脉和神经又经腱纽分布到屈指肌腱的动脉和神经分支及其穿腱鞘的位置、行走途径、外径大小和分布特点,以及指掌侧动脉弓的位置,外径大小等。作者认为腱纽中的血管对指腱鞘内屈指肌腱的营养是重要的,同时腱纽又给肌腱提供了一个附着于指骨的结构,并能传送一定的力。因此在手术中应注意保护腱纽。
AbstractThe position, shape, number, size,originand termination of the flexor tendon vinculaand their surrounding strucres were studied(50 adults,10 infants).Close observations ofthe position,course,external diameter and cha-racteristic distribution of the branches fromthe proper palmar digital arteries and nervespassing through the vincula to the flexor ten-dons were conducted by means of injection ofcoloured latex,angiography, histological sec-tion, clearing and microdissection, Our findingsdemonstrate that the blood supply of the vin-cula to the flexor tendons within the flexortendon sheath is indispensable.The vincula area strong structure capable of supplying a bonyattachment and transmitting some flexor force.It is essential to protect the integrity of tnevincula on operation to make the flexor ten-dons have a sufficient blood supply for the be-nefit of heeling.
