摘要
阐述了可靠性的基本理论,解释了可靠度、故障率及故障概率密度函数的意义,对常用的几种分布做了详细描述,叙述了威布尔分布的原理;通过对试验数据进行指数分布和威布尔分布的拟合优度检验,确认空调器的寿命分布大致符合威布尔分布的规律。并运用多种方法对其进行了可靠性点参数的求解,结果相差不大。叙述了以温度为主要反应应力的加速寿命试验的概念,结合试验结果及可靠性计算对此款机型的可靠性进行了分析预测;最后阐述了可靠性分析的作用和意义。
This paper describes the basic theory of reliability, expatiates on reliability, failure rate and failure probability density function, studies the Weibull distribution. The experimental data is tested on the goodness of fit with the exponentiald istributiona ndW eibulld istributionr espectively and it’s confirmed that Weibull distribution is fits to the air conditioner’s life distribution. It also computes the reliability paramemer and forecast the reliability .At last , it explains the fuction and significance of reliability analysis.
