二尖瓣脱垂的手术矫治

Surgical correction of mitral valve prolapse

作者报告３５例二尖瓣脱垂采用成形术治疗的结果。病因为退行性变、先天性心脏病、外伤和风湿性心脏病。其中病变累及二尖瓣前叶者７例，后叶者２６例，前后叶病变者２例，均有瓣环扩大，腱索细长、断裂或瓣叶裂隙。手术采用部分瓣叶切除、折叠缝合、交界环缩或加用人工环固定疗效满意。

AbstractThirty-five patients with mitral valve prolapsewere repaired at Fu Wai Hospital in Beijing betweenJan. 1988 and June,1993. 20 males and 15 famales ofthem aged ranging from 7 to 52 years. 9 patients wasless than 14 years old in this group. The mitral pro-lapse were caused by degeneration, congenital heartdisease,trauma and rheumatic heart disease. The mi-tral anterior leaflet were eroded in 7 patients,posteriorleaflet in 26 patients,both anterior and posteriorleaflets in 2 patients. The dilation of the mitral annu-lus, rupture and prolongation of chordae and defect inthe leaflets were found in these patients. The recon-struction of mitral valve were performed in all patientsunder cardiopulmorary bypass using the resection orplication of the prolapse parts of the leaflets or reducethe diameter of mitral annulus with a carpentier ring.The results were satisfactory without mortality in hos-pital or in following-up peroid. The indication andmethod of the operation were discussed
