中晚期胰腺癌术中放射治疗的探讨

Intraoperative radiOtherapy of unresectable pancreaticcarcinoma

１９８６～１９９１年，我们对３３例不能切除的中、晚期胰腺癌患者施行了术中放射治疗。放疗前均有上腹及后背痛，放疗后有１８例（５４％）疼痛完全消失；１３例（４０％）疼痛明显减轻；放射治疗止痛效果为９４％（３１／３３）。虽然放射治疗后平均生存期仅有６．５个月，但是与同期切除组３０例胰腺癌比较，无明显差异。所以，术中放射治疗中、晚期胰腺癌是一种有效的姑息治疗方法。

AbstractDuring the period from 1986 to 1991,33 p8tientswith unresectable carcinoma of the pancreas receivedintraoperative radiOtherapy(IORT). Abdominal andback pain which tormented all patients before IORTtotally disappeared in 18 patients(54%)andwas aL-levrated in 13 patients(40%). The average survivaltime of 6. 5 months for patients treated with IORTwas not statistically different from that of 30 patientswith resectable pancreatic cancers undergoing resec-tion. IORT hence is a good palliative therapy for unre-sectable carcinoma of the pancreas.
