经尿道非接触激光治疗前列腺增生症

Transurethral non-contact laser treatment of prostatichypertrophy

自１９９３年４月以来，我们采用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ非接触式激光治疗６６例前列腺增生症。术后６０例子１周内，６例于２周内排尿通畅。术后３～６周随着坏死组织的脱落排出而达到最佳效果。近期随诊结果表明本法治疗术后前列腺体积明显缩小，残余尿明显减少或消失。本组术后并发尿路感染、附睾炎及尿外渗者各１例，经处理均获好转。本法疗效肯定、手术时间短、恢复快、术中出血极少，为一较为理想的治疗前列腺增生的方法。

Abstract66 cases of prostatic hypertrophy have been treat-ed by tran surethral non-contact Nd:YAG laser irradi-ation since April 1 9 93.Sixty patients regained unob-structed urination within 1 week and 6 withn 2 weeksafter oeration. The symptoms of the treated groupwere improved with the necrotic tissues gradually peel-ing off in 3 to 6 weeks, The short-term follow-up indi-cated that the prostatic gland distinctly reduced andresidual urine decreased or vanished after treatment.Three patients had one of the following complications:urinary tract infection,epididymitis or urinous infiltra-tion. These complications were treated appropriately.This therapy is ideal for the treatment of prostatic hy-pertrophy.
