摘要
利用BWRS状态方程编制了相应的求解软件 ,对变工况时气波制冷机出口参数进行计算求解。混合物平衡参数计算结果与文献所给的实验值符合的较好。由模拟可知 :进气组成中 ,轻组分越多 ,分配器出口的临界速度越大 ,流体的质量流量相应减少 ,摩尔流量增加 ;不同组分混合物在相同的进气条件下 ,制冷温降相差较大 ;进气压力增加 ,分配器的质量流量和摩尔流量均增加 ;同样的制冷效率下 ,进气中轻组分多时温降大 ,重组分多时温降小。
Using BWRS state equation to programme gas-liquid simulation software,which is used to calculate exit parameters when the working conditions is changing.The result of equilibrium parameters of mixture is agree with literatures very well.By simulation,the more of light com-pound,and the larger critical velocity of distributor exit,the less of mass flow rate,and the larger of flow rate.In the same condition of entrance gas mixture of different com-pounds,the differences of refrigerating temperature drops are large.When the pressure of entrance gas,mass flow rate and mol flow rate all raising,under the same refrigerating efficiency,the temperature drop increases with the content of light compounds increases;decreases with the content of heavy compounds increases.
