应用超声刀行局限性肺切除的初步体会

Preliminary experience of use of ultrasonic surgical as-pirator for lung lilnited resection

作者应用超声刀进行局限性肺切除治疗肺部病灶８例，１１次手术。其中两肺多发性转移瘤３例，手术６次；单发转移瘤、周围型肺癌（病人肺功能严重低下）、肺结核瘤、慢性肺脓肿、肺囊肿各１例，手术５次。全部病例术后恢复顺利，效果满意。４例肺转移瘤病人生存至今（３．５，１，０．５年，４个月）。作者认为：超声刀用于肺局限性切除术有较多优点：失血少、操作简便，对于肺实质深部病灶和肺多发性病灶也可切除，避免了肺叶切除和全肺切除，从而最大限度地保存了肺组织．

AbstractThe authors reported 8 cases undergone lung lim-ited resections(11 operations)by cavitron ultrasonicsurgical aspirator(CUSA).There were 3 cases(6 oper-ations)with multiple metastases in lung,1 case withsingle metastasis in lung,1 case with peripheric lungcancer,1 case with nodule of tuberculosis in lung,1case with lung abscess and 1 case with lung cyst.Allthe patients recovered well postoperativelly. Untillnow 4 cases with lung metastatic tumors have livingwell for 3.5,1,0.5,and 0.3 years,Ultrasonic Aspiration is very beneficial for lunglimited resection:Less blood lose; Simple surgicaltechniques; and to be able to resect the deep lesions inlung and multiple lung lesions,and avoid lobectomy orpneumonectomy for more preserving lung tissue.
