分期手术治疗混合型布加氏综合征

Staged surgery in the treatment of budd-chiari s syn-drome or mixed type

我们为９例肝静脉和下腔静脉混合阻塞型布加氏综合征施行了分期手术。３例行带囊导管扩张术，１～２周后行脾切除、脾肾静脉分流、贲门周围血管离断联合手术；２例行下腔静脉切开成形术，１个月后行脾切除、脾肾静脉分流、贲门周围血管离断联合手术；４例行下腔静脑右心房人造血管转流术，１个月后行脾切除、脾肾静脉分流、责门周围血管离断联合手术。随访６个月至２年，效果良好。

Abstract9 patients with budd-chiari’s syndrome of mixedtype were operated upon. Among them 3 cases weretreated by percutaneous transluminal angioplasty usingbolloon catheters,and 1 to 2 weeks after followed byHassab’s procedure and Linton’s procedure. Two cas-es were treated by incision and plasty of IVC,and 1month after followed by Hassab’s procedure and Lin-ton’s procedure. The remaining 4 were treated by pre-hepatic cavoatrial shunt, succeeded by Hassab’s proce-dure and Linton’ s procedure one month after. 6 to 24months ’follow up of the 9 cases revealed satisfactoryresults.
