摘要 掺稀土光纤放大器(RDFA)的研究对拓展光纤通信系统的带宽有重要意义,文章介绍了掺Er3+、Tm3+、Pr3+、Dy3+、Ho3+、Nd3+等光纤放大器的工作原理、增益、噪声等特性,并综述了其最新研究进展情况。 The study of rare-earth doped fiber amplifier is very important for broadening the bandwidth of fiber communication system. In this paper, the principle of rare-earth doped fiber amplifier including Er^(3+)、Tm^(3+)、Pr^(3+)、Dy^(3+)、Ho^(3+)、Nd^(3+) is introduced, and the recent development in this field is also reviewed.
