骶前肿瘤的诊断与治疗（附28例报告）

Diagnosis and treatment of presacral tumors : report of28 cases

骶前间隙肿瘤比较少见，作者医院从１９８０年至１９９１年共收治这类肿瘤２８例，多数为先天性类型（上皮样囊肿，畸胎瘤和脊索瘤），９例无症状，经查体肛门指检发现。Ｂ型超声和ＣＴ对骶前肿瘤的诊断有重要价值。本组肿瘤完全切除者２３例，部分切除者２例。作者对骶前肿瘤的诊断和外科处理进行了讨论。

AbstractTumors in presacral space are uncommon. From1980～1991, 28 patients with presacral tumors under-went surgical operation at PUMC Hospital. Most tu-mors are of the congenital type (epidermoid, teratomaand chordoma) . 9 patients had no symptoms and theirtumors were found on routine anal examination, Ultra-sound and CT scans had been proved valuable in the di-agnosis of presacral tumors. The tumor was complete-ly resected in 2 3, incompletely resected in 2 withoutoperative mortality. The diagnosis and surgical man-agement of presacral tumors were discussed.
