肝脏损伤的外科治疗

Surgical management of hepatic trauma

本文报告作者过去３７年间收治的肝损伤２０７例。２０７例中，未手术即死亡５例；手术治疗１９１例，死亡１１例（５．８％）；非手术治疗１１例，均获得成功。文章对肝损伤的手术方式进行了讨论，并重点讨论了非手术治疗的适应证。

AbstractIn the past 37 years, 207 patients with hepatic in-juries were managed in our hospital. Of them, 5 pa-tients died during the preparation for emergency laparo-tomy.191 patients were surgically treated, with 11 (5.8% ) postoperative deaths, while all 11 patientstreated nonsurgically were cured. Finally, we dis-cussed operative methods of hepatic injuries and indica-tions for conservative therapy.
