经皮导管引流法治疗外伤后肾周尿囊肿

Percutaneous catheter drainage for post- traumatic per-inephric urinomna

我院１９８９年６月至１９９２年４月采用经皮导管引流法治疗外伤后肾周尿囊肿５例，平均引流２１．８天，全部治愈。术后平均随访２．６年无一例囊肿复发。该法操作简便、痛苦小、费用低且可保留肾脏。结合文献对本病的病因、病理、诊断及治疗进行了讨论。

AbstractFrom June 1989 to April 1992,5 patients withpost-traumatic perinephric urinoma were treated by us-ing percutaneous catheter drainage. The urinoma dis-appeared and the renal function restored in all the 5 pa-tients 18～27 days(average 21. 8 days)after continualdrainage. Follow-up for 1～4(averaging 2～6years)vears showed non- recurrence of the urinoma in all the5 patients. The procedure is characterized by lessdistress and economical to the patients.It can keep thekidnevs intact. The pathogenesis,pathology,diagno-sis and treatment are discussed along with a review ofthe literature.
