食管贲门癌术后胸胃穿孔和颈胃大片坏死九例分析

Thoracic gastric perforation and large area necrotic perforation of the neck gastric wall after after operation foresophageal and cardial cancer:anaslysis of 9 cases

作者介绍９例食管贲门癌切除术后胃穿孔的治疗体会。其中胸胃穿孔６例（５例行二次手术，１例保守治疗），颈胃大片坏死性穿孔３例，均保守治疗。结果全部治愈。作者重点分析胃穿孔的原因，强调早期诊断，尽早二次手术或颈部充分引流是治愈成功的关键。

AbstractNine cases of gastric perforation after operationfor esophageal were reported. Eight cases wereesophageal cancer, One case was cardial cancer. Fiveof the nine cases were anastomosed in intrathorax, andfour in neck. Intrathoracic gastric perforation occuredin six cases, Five of them were operated on again. Gastric perforation in neck occured in three cases. The nine cases were a11 cured.This article analvsed the rea- sons of the gastric perforation and emphasisedthat ear- ly diagnosis,early operation or drainage in neck werethe key steps in treatment.
