摘要
观察肺积方对非小细胞肺癌临床症状的影响。将102例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为观察组(61例)和对照组(41例),观察组采用肺积方和化疗,并以单纯化疗为对照组,观察治疗前后症状改变,采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(EORTCQLQ LC43)中的症状子量表及肺癌特异模块观察。结果:观察组多数症状较治疗前缓解,而对照组治疗后多数症状呈加重趋势。结论:肺积方能有效缓解非小细胞肺癌患者疾病相关及化疗相关临床症状。
To observe the clinical efficacy of “Feiji Decoction” in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC), 102 subjects were randomized into two groups: observation group in which 61 cases were treated with “Feiji Decoction” and chemotherapy and control group in which 41 cases were treated with simple chemotherapy. The clinical symptoms, survival quality scale and specific lung cancer module were observed. Results: After treatment, the symptoms were alleviated in observation group and tended to worsen in control group. Conclusion: “Feiji Decoction” can relieve NSELC symptoms and its chemotherapeutic symptoms.
