复方龙星片对慢性支气管炎患者生存质量的影响

Effect of “Fufang Longxing Tablet” on Life Quality of Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

研究复方龙星片对慢性支气管炎迁延期患者的临床疗效和生存质量的影响。将100例患者按照随机、双盲、安慰剂平行对照的方法,分设复方龙星片治疗组( 53例)和安慰剂对照组(47例),治疗14天,观察患者第0天与第14天临床症状和生存质量评分的变化。结果:复方龙星片对慢性支气管炎迁延期痰热证患者的总有效率为79 25%,明显优于对照组( 42. 56% ) (P<0 01);对主症咯痰和喘息具有明显改善作用;明显提高患者的生存质量评分,以躯体感觉、心理功能、社会活动等方面的改善尤为明显。结论:复方龙星片对慢性支气管炎迁延期痰热证患者具有改善临床症状、提高生存质量的作用。

This paper studied the clinical efficacy of “Fufang Longxing Tablet” in the treatment of chronic persisting bronchitis and its effect on life quality. One hundred patients were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 53 cases were treated by “Fufang Longxing Tablet” and control group in which 47 cases were treated by placebo, with a course of 14 days. The clinical symptoms and life quality score were observed before and after treatment. Results: In treatment group, the total effective rate was 79.25%, higher than that in control group ( P <0.01); such main symptoms as expectoration and gasping were obviously improved, and the life quality score increased, especially in somatic sensation, psychic function and social activity. Conclusion: “Fufang Longxing Tablet” can improve the clinical symptoms and life quality of patients with chronic persisting bronchitis of phlegm heat.
