微机械密码锁鉴码机构的UQS机理研究及其工艺实现 被引量:1

摘要 姜勇陈文元张卫平李胜勇微机械密码锁是一种用于重要场合的安全保险装置,其鉴码机构的设计基于UQS技术。从UQS的概念出发,研究了UQS的特性,得到了一个可行的编码算法。根据生成的编码,使用MEMS加工技术,“一体化”加工完成了基于UQS技术的齿轮鉴码机构。此齿轮鉴码机构对微机械密码锁的推广应用具有重要的意义。 A Code discriminator is the core of a micro code-lock, a safety device on very important occasions. The design of code discriminators is based on UQS technology. We studied the characteristics of UQS from UQS concepts and invented an algorithm to get the UQS code. Using the code, we produced a gear-like discriminator by MEMS fabrication technologies. The discriminator we got will further drive the development of micro code-locks.
