摘要
对大型支承圈中频感应淬火变形原因做了简略分析,提出了采用合适的感应器调整工艺参数,减少热影响区,有效控制加热带,从而减少支承圈热处理变形,保证零件尺寸精度的工艺方法。
Through analyzing the causes of deformation of medium-frequency quenching of large scale rotary supporting circle,the article describes how to assure dimensional precision by using suitable inducer, adjusting technological parameters, reducing heat affected zone and controling heating tape effectively.
