电视胸腔镜手术41例

41 cases of video-assisted thoracoscopy

电视成像胸腔镜手术（ＶＡＴＳ）因其切口小，创伤小，出血少和对心肺功能的影响小等优点，已成为胸外科的发展方向之一。作者从１９９４年４月起，连续进行ＶＡＴＳ４１例，手术范围进一步扩大，麻醉要求降低，肺功能极差的病人也得到手术机会。另外，本组还有１１例肺癌患者，术前采用胸腔镜进行了肿瘤分期以指导开胸手术。作者就手术要点和术前、术后处理进行讨论。

AbstractVideo-assisted of thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)isthe minimally invasive surgery. It has characteristic ofmini-incision,less pain,less bleeding, less transfusing,iess affecting cardio pulmonary function. So it is one ofthe development directions of thoradc surgery. The au-thors had finished 41 cases VATS.Operative indicationwas exparded. The requirement of Anesthesia is lower.The patients whose pulmonary function were too se-vere destructive to walk could be treated by VATS.The authors discussed some questions of VATS.
