胸膜粘连是影响胸腔镜手术（ＶＡＴＳ）的最常见因素。作者通过对１７例胸膜粘连处理的体会。探索出了解决弥漫性纤维素膜状粘连的措施，使部分一向被视为ＶＡＴＳ禁忌症的重度粘连病人获得了ＶＡＴＳ治疗或确诊的机会。作者对ＶＡＴＳ中各种粘连的处理方法和注意事项，进行了介绍和讨论。

AbstractThis article describes the pleural adhension man-agements in the video-assited thoracoscopic surgery(VATS).We have operated the VATS,successfullyand developed a new technique for management of dif-fuse cellulose symphysis. We used this technique in 3patients for treatment of lung diseases. No death andno complications occured.Comparing with controlgroup, the chest tube drainage time.and hospital stayare not significant difference.
