摘要
合理确定功能权重是实现价值工程量化评价的关键,文章介绍了环比评分法、强制评分法、层次分析法、多目标距离最大法四种确定权重的方法,运用实例评析各自适用的范围。
Reasonable determination of the function weight is the key for realizing the quantitative assessment of value engineering. This paper elaborates the four types of methods, such as DARE, force definition, analysis hierarchy process and multi-objective maximum distance method and describes the suitable scopes for every method with examples.
