摘要
应用性能化设计方法,对成都熊猫城内人员的生命安全、火灾烟气危害的有效控制、防止火灾的持续扩大和蔓延,以及超出规范的防火设计部分进行了消防安全验证。同时对熊猫城的日常使用维护管理提出了建议,通过增设适当的措施来保证消防安全水平。
The author evaluates the non-standard fire prevention designs for Chengdu Panda International Commercial City(CPICC) through the functional design approach. The aspects examined involve human safety, effective smoke and gas control and prevention of the spreading of fire. At the same time, the measures for the improvement of the fire fighting system at CPICC are proposed.
