摘要
本文作者概括性地介绍了低比转速离心叶轮水力设计领域近年中取得的进展和新理论,讨论分析了不同目标的叶轮几何参数计算、叶片绘形等关系水泵性能重要设计命题的新原则、新方法,并对这类叶轮水力设计的研究方向提供了有益的建议。
The authors of this paper summariced the latest advances and new design methods of low specific speed impeller obtained in P.R. of China. The paper presented different approaches to compute impeller geometrical parameters to meet diverse demands of end users: such as statistical data, empirical formula based on a great number of excellent methods, and optimum means accompanied with computer programs. Additionally, the paper also showed some new ways formulated by Chinese engineers for cylindrical blade drawing which were extensively used in low specific speed impellers. The important geometrical and hydraulic properties of several typical kinds of planar curves were analyzed in this paper. Beneficial suggestions were proposed for future research associated with these special impellers.
