摘要
为克服ｐＨＰＶ１６重组质粒同位素探针特异性差、操作不便等弊端，我们建立了一套ＨＰＶ１６ＤＮＡ的制备、纯化及制备其地高辛标记探针的方法。点杂交结果表明：此探针的灵敏度达１ｐｇ，特异性强，适合于临床筛选ＨＰＶ感染的宫颈癌高危患者。
To remedy the disadvantages of isotope labelled pHPV 16 DNA probe such as
its specificity is not so good andit is inconvenient to be controlled,we established a series of
methods to prepare and purify HPV 16 DNA from pH-PV 16 and labelled it with Digoxigenin
successfully.The results of dot blot indicated that the sensitivity could reach1pg,and that the
specificity be better.Such probe is supposed to be more suitable for screening″high risk″
cases ofcervical cancer with HPV 16 infection in clinic.
