摘要
观察了HIT4+细胞在正常人外周血CD4和CD8亚群中的分布及CD4+HIT4+、CD4+HIT4-细胞的增殖特性。结果发现:1.HIT4+细胞在CD4和CD8亚群所占的百分率分别为36.9±6.6%和19.7±4.8%。2.CD4+HIT4+细胞对ConA、TT、PPD和Auto-B刺激的增殖反应明显低于CD4+HIT4-细胞,而后者与总CD4亚群的增殖反应水平接近。将HIT4+细胞和HIT4-细胞的分布与增殖特性与已报道的T亚-亚群细胞比较,提示HIT4可能为识别T亚-亚群的一个新标志。
The distribution of HIT4+ cells between CD4 and CD8
subsets and the proliferative properties of CD4+ HIT4+cells and CD4+HIT4-cells were
investigated. We demonstrated by two-color fluorescence stain that HIT4 McAbwas reactive with
36.9±6.6%of CD4 subset and 19.7±4.8%of CD8 subset.HIT 4 McAb could subdivide
pe-ripheral blood CD4 and CD8 subsets into CD4+ HIT4+ ,CD4+ HIT4-,CD8+ HIT4+ and CD8+
HIT4-subpopulation-subsets respectively.CD4+HIT4+ cells proliferated poorly upon stimulus of
ConA ,TT ,PPD or mitomycin-C treatedautologous B cells. The CD4+ HIT4-cells ,in
contrast,proliferated well to all of those stimulators. Comparison ofthe distribution and
proliferative properties of HIT4+ cells and HIT4-cells with other known T subpopulation-sub-set
cells indicated that HIT4 might be a new marker of T subpopulation-subset.
