New Synthetic Method of Senecioic Acid Esters

以异戊烯酸和甲醇等醇类为原料,在三氯氧磷催化下一步合成相应的酯类。在酸醇物质的量比为1∶3时,三氯氧磷用量为20mL,反应4～5h,异戊烯酸甲酯、乙酯和丁酯的收率分别为86.2%、90.5%和80.3%。

Using senecioic acid and definite alcohol such as methanol or other alcohols as raw materials in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride as catalyst, corresponding ester can be synthesized by one step. The senecioic acid methyl ester, ethyl ester and butyl ester can be obtained when the mass ratio of acid to alcohol, e.g. methanol, ethanol and n-butyl alcohol separately, is 1∶3, dosage of phosphorus oxychloride is 20 mL, reaction time is 4~5 hours, the yields of corresponding esters are 86.2%, 90.5%, and 80.3% respectively.
