清水型特(超)稠油破乳剂的结构与性能 被引量:3

Structure and Performance of Demulsifier for High Viscous (Super Heavy) Oil with Water Clarifying Property

摘要 以冷家、曙光采油厂和特种油公司的特(超)稠油为对象,研究了破乳剂结构与性能之间的规律。通过探讨破乳剂在破乳过程中的清水机理,运用表面活性剂结构与性能关系理论,结合原油的组成特点,进行了破乳剂分子的结构设计与合成。实验证明:此类清水型特(超)稠油破乳剂具有脱水率高和清水能力强的特点。 The laws between the structure of demulsifier and its performance were studied based on high viscous (super heavy) oil from Lengjia, Shuguang and Specialty Oil Company of Liaohe Oil Fields. Through investigation of water clarifying mechanism of demulsifier during demulsifying period, using the theory of relationship between structure and performance of surfactant, combining with the composition character of crude oil, the molecular structure design and synthesis of demulsifier were conducted. The results of experiment showed that the demulsifier had character of high dehydrating rate and strong ability of water clarification.
