摘要
采用CdSe、磺基聚苯胺为原料,通过静电作用力制得了无机/有机杂化的聚合物体系。并用紫外可见光谱,光致发光光谱以及扫描电子显微技术对其进行表征。同时也研究了掺杂Cu和Ag时CdSe膜的发光性,发现掺杂Ag和Cu的CdSe膜的发光强度分别提高了40%和70%。
The indium-tin oxide substrate was first coated with sulfopolyaniline(SPAn),the colloidal CdSe nanocrystallites were then embedded into the SPAn coating to form a complex film by the electrostatic force.The properties of the filmwere characterized by UV-Vis absorption spectra,PLspectra and SEM.The lumiˉnescence characteristics of CdSe doped with Cu and Agwere also studied.The results showed thatthe luminesˉcent intensities were enhanced by40%and75%with Ag and Cu,respectively.
