摘要 采用微量化样品前处理技术,以固相萃取为净化方法,电喷雾正离子多反应监测方式建立了尿样及动物组织中甲氧苄氨嘧啶残留量的液相色谱-串联质谱联用测定法。检出限为0.1ng/g,线性范围均大于3个数量级,线性方程的相关系数大于0.999,组织样品和尿样的回收率分别为89%和93%。 An LC-MS-MS method was developed to analyze trimethoprim residues in urine and animal tisˉsues,pretreated withmicrochemical sample pretreatmentand solid_phase extractiontechniques.Analyte identiˉfication and quantification were performed using multiple reaction monitoring with one precursor ion and four product ions as identifiers and electrospray ionization in positive mode.Limit of quantification was0.3ng/g,with a linear response range varying over three orders of magnitude.Correlation coefficients of linear regresˉsion equations were above0.999and the recoveries of standards were89%and93%,respectively,in spiked tissue and urine samples.
