摘要
应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图,通过分析肺动脉血流频谱估测了75例高原(3658m)地区健康世居、移居成人的肺动脉压及其与右室的关系.结果表明:高原健康世居成人的肺动脉压及右室内径与平原健康成人无差异。高原健康移居成人的肺动脉压及右室内径较健康世居成人差异显著,并随移居时间的延长而增高,短期移居者两者间呈良好的相关性(r=0.769).肺动脉压升高的原因由移居早期的肺血管收缩为主转为晚期肺循环血量增加为主。移居时间5年以内者,其空间隔厚度与世居健康成人无差异;超过5年者,其室间隔增厚,两者相差非常显著.
Pulmonary arterial pressure and its correlation with right ventricle in 75 native and migratory healthy adults at high altitude (3658 m) were estimated by pulse Doppler ultrasonic cardiogram through analysing frequency spectrum of pulmonary blood flow. The results showed that the pulmonary arterial pressure and the internal diameter of right ventricle in native healthy adults at high altitude were similar with those of healthy adults on the plains.There were marked differences in the two between migratory healthy adults and native healthy adults, which increased with the prolongation of their stay at high altitude.The pulmonary arterial pressure was well correlated with the internal diameter of right ventricle in migrants making a short stay (r=0.769).The increase in pulmonary arterial pressure was due to an increase in late pulmonary circulatory blood volume gained an advantage over early pulmonary circulatory contraction. There were no differences in the thickness of interventricular septum between those who had stayed for less than 5 years and native healthy adults. The interventricular septum was significantly thickened in those who had stayed for more than 5 years.
