人工关节材料引起关节组织反应的实验研究 被引量:4

An Experimental Study on Histological Reaction in Joint Injected by Material of Prosthesis

摘要 将人工关节材料高密度聚乙烯粉末(HDP),多聚甲基丙烯酸树脂(PMMA)和甲基丙烯酸树脂(MMA)分别注入家兔膝关节内后3日至12周取材,通过光镜和透射电镜进行组织学观察,并对它们引起的组织学反应进行比较.PMMA注射后的滑膜增生,肿胀明显,周围的组织学反应细胞大量浸润,较HDP注射后的组织学反应明显(P<0.05).而MMA导致大片组织变性和坏死.PMMA和MMA可能是导致人工关节松动的主要因素. We investigated the reaction in bone,cartilage and synovium on 48 rabbit knee joints which were injected into with high density polyethylene(HDP),or polymethyl methacrylate powder(PMMA),or methyl methacrylate(MMA)or saline.The specimens were obtained at intervals from 3rd day to 12th week after injection. In PMMA group, the proliferation and hyperemia of synovium were apparent,and the involvement of large amounts of histological reaction cells showed high significant differences between it and HDP group. In MMA group, there were a lot of degeneration and necrosis of tissues.The results suggest that PMMA is one of factors provoking the histological reaction and MMA might be the main factor inducing prosthesis loosening.
