内脏器官的CT三维重建

Three-dimensional Reconstruction of Human Viscera with CT Images

摘要 利用成人肝、心肺标本和肺部结节患者的CT扫描数据,分别在微机图像系统和CT机上进行了三维重建与显示研究.重建的图像除外观逼真、富有立体感外,而且具有任意角度旋转、多种剖面显示、透视内部结构和伪彩色表达功能,较二维CT图像质量有明显提高,可供“软件解剖学”教学和影像诊断参考. The separated human viscera(including the liver, heart and lung) and the patients suffering from the solitary pulmonary nodule were scanned by the X-CT serially.Three-dimensional reconstruction were performed on a microcomputer image system and the CT scanner respectively. The reconstructed 3D images were lifelike and stereoscopic.It can be turned around any axes and cut along different directions.It can be displayed in transparency and with false color too. The 3D image is better than the convensional CT one's.The program could be used in the 'software anatomic teaching' and the image diagnosis.
