摘要
应用细胞形态计量学研究镉中毒小鼠肾小体滤过屏障的结构变化,测算了内皮细胞、基膜、足细胞次级突起等层的体积密度、基膜、足细胞次级突起的体积密度、表面积密度和比表面;内皮、基膜和足细胞裂孔膜的算术平均厚度以及内皮孔和足细胞次级突起裂孔孔径的平均值。发现内皮层算术平均厚度增加,内皮细胞孔的直径扩大,基膜层算术平均厚度增加。足细胞裂孔孔径缩小,裂孔膜变薄。与正常对照组有高度显著性差异(P<O.001~0.01)。
The structural changes of the filtration barrier of the mouse renal corpuscle by cadmium the specific surface of the endothelial cell, the basement membrane and the second processes of the podocyte have been calculated. The arithmetic mean thickness of the endothelium, the basement membrane and the slit membrane of the podocyte, as well as the arithmetic mean diameter of the pores of the endothelial cell and the slit pore of the podocyte have been also calculated.It was found unexpectedly that the arithmetic mean thickness of the endothelium, the diameter of the pores of the endothelial cell and the arithmetic mean thickness of the basement membrane were increased, while the diameter of the slit pore of the pdocyte and the thickness of the slit membrane of the podocyte were decreased comparing with the normal control group,there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.001~0.01).
